As you may have noticed, I have been on a thrift shop kick. I mean, what’s not to love about inexpensive, fabulous pieces that force you to challenge yourself to make the most out of them?!
Now let’s get into this look…
- My long double-breasted jacket is from Zara. I love Zara for fitting my body to the T – which isn’t easy when you’re 4’10” with curves!
- My ruffled red shirt is a little number from Goodwill that only cost me $7.99. It was nowhere near perfect when I bought it – missing a button and a size too big – but I made it work.
- Now this skirt… Dolls, I had many questions about it when I first saw it. It’s a lot longer than what I typically wear, but something about it screamed style. As I was going back-and-forth, a sassy but sweet sales professional reminded me that being sexy is always in your walk. So I heeded her advice and went with it.
