5 Ways to Lose Weight Fast and Safely

Hey Dolls,

Not sure how it happened – but somewhere between the holidays and my winter vacation, I GAINED 7 pounds which is so not cute because summer is right around the corner! I don’t believe in diets, but fitness is a lifestyle for me. With this being said, when it comes to losing weight, many of us might have our own ways of doing this. One person may check out sites like Favorece in the hopes of finding an alternative route to losing weight, whereas someone else may prefer to go to the gym. Either way, as long as you’re happy and seeing results, that’s all that matters.

So I came up with 5 ways to lose weight fast and safely.

  1. Water is not only the key to gorgeous skin, but people who drink H2O lose more weight than those who don’t. So get to drinking, dolls!
  2. Split your lunch in half. Divide your portion by two, and save the rest for later. You’re likely to feel full faster than you think.
  3. Cut sugar. Believe me – if you just cut sugar out for 30 days, you will see a big difference!
  4. Sleep it off. Research shows that those who don’t get enough shut-eye eat more, and reach for more fattening grub than people who get plenty of rest.
  5. More sex. Thirty minutes of sex burns at least 60 calories for a 150-pound woman. So get busy, dolls!- XOXO, Wasidah
