Hope you’re having a great week!

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I put together a few tips to help fight cancer:

  1. WARNING: Don’t shoot the messenger, lol! While one drink is ok, excessive drinking has been linked to an increased risk of cancer.
  2. I can’t say this enough: EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE! Exercising can not only keep you sexy, but also has been shown to reduce your risk of developing cancer. So with this being said… walk or run at least 30 minutes a day!
  3. Knowing your family history is very important. Did your mother or  grandmother have cancer? If so, your chances of getting it are markedly increased… so prevention is KEY!
