The new year is approaching super fast, and many of you are thinking about joining a gym. Or maybe you’re thinking about taking your workout routine to the next level! As many of you know, I am pretty much in and out of gyms all day. What never ceases to amaze me is how many people are intimidated by gyms, and especially group exercise classes.
You must remember that each and every last person in your class started somewhere…
So if you’re intimidated by the gym, I suggest you try not to focus on the person beside you. Instead, zone-out, push yourself up, and most importantly, have fun!
