Not so sure about you, but my POOCH has always been a problem area and simply, a pain in the butt. In case you’re unsure of what I mean by pooch, I’m speaking about the lower half of your belly or stomach.
Here are my four favorite exercises and foods that help keep that pooch tight & toned.

Go ahead and try this quick and focused workout routine to tone the lower part of your abs and work off the pooch.
8 sets, 15 reps for each exercise and remember to keep those abs nice and tight.

Pooch pounding foods!
1. Asparagus can help with de-bloats .The  high  fiber content in asparagus  encourages  health by keeping your system moving .
2. Avocado is not only  low calorie but is also the perfect  pre workout snack.
3.Grapefruit  not is fat burning food contains vitamins C,folic acid and potassium.
